S.O. 4359(E).— In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition
of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act), the Government of India hereby
authorizes Shri Ashish Varnawal, Maintenance Manager, M/s. Indian Oil Corporation Limited Northern Region
Pipelines, Panipat to perform the functions of Competent Authority under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines
(Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 for Dadri – Panipat Natural Gas Pipeline of M/s. Indian Oil
Corporation Limited in the State of Haryana.
2. This notification will be effective from the date of its issue.
