S.O. 4838(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition
of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act), the Government of India hereby
authorizes ShriDwarikaBaitha, Land Acquisition Officer, Bokaro, Government of Jharkhand to perform the functions
of Competent Authority under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962
on additional charge basis for Tie-in connectivity pipeline of M/s. Prabha Energy Private Limited from EPS 1 of
Jharia Block I to SV-28 on Dobhi – Durgapur Section of Jagdishpur-Haldia&Bokaro-DhamraNatural Gas Pipeline
(JHBDPL) of M/s. GAIL (India) Limited for the areas falling under District – Bokaro&Dhanbad in the State of
Jharkhand.
