S.O. 1328(E).— In pursuance of sub-section (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines
(Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act), the Central
Government hereby authorizes the person mentioned in the column (1) of the table given below to perform
the functions of the Competent Authority in place ofShri. P. B. Reddyunder the said Act for M/s.Pipeline
Infrastructure Limited (PIL) in respect of areas mentioned in the column (2) for various operational pipelines
transporting Natural Gas mentioned in Column (3) of the said Table: -
