New Delhi, the 1st February, 2023
S.O. 615(E).—In pursuance of sub-rule (2) of rule 9 and rule 12 of the Central Civil Services (Classification,
Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, the President hereby directs that in respect of Group B and Group C posts belonging
to the cadre of the National Commission for Scheduled Tribes, the authority specified in column 2 shall be the
appointing authority for exercising the power specified in column 3 and authority specified in column 4 below shall be
the appellate authority:
