S.O. 5396(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition
of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act), the Government of India hereby
de-notifies earlier notified Competent Authority for M/s GAIL (India) Limited for all its Natural Gas Pipeline Projects
in the State of Tamil Nadu & Union Territory of Puducherry, Shri S Saravanan, Special Tehsildar (ADW), Sirkali
Government of Tamil Nadu vide S.O.2671(E) dated 08.07.2024 published in the Extraordinary Gazette of India dated
09.07.2024.
2. This Notification will be effective from the date of its issue.
