The Deputy Registrar (Dairy Development), Tirunelveli, issued the dissolution orders on February 14, 2025.
The gazette also announces the revocation of the license of Y.M.100 Musiri Town Cooperative Bank under Section 22(56) of the Banking Regulation Act of 1949, as per RBI letter DOR.MON/S5596/12.25.135/2023-24, dated December 29, 2023. Consequently, the Assistant Registrar / Assistant Registrar of Cooperative Societies Office, Musiri is appointed as the Liquidation Officer under section 138(1) of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act 1983. The order was issued by Mr. R. Kumar, Deputy Registrar, Assistant Registrar of Cooperative Societies Office, Musiri Circle, on February 18, 2025.
