L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-24022023-243876 xxxGIDHxxx CG-DL-E-24022023-243876 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग III—खण् ड 4 PART III—Section 4 प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 111] नई ददल्ली, बृहस्ट्प जतवार, फरवरी 23, 2023/फाल्ग नु 4, 1944 No. 111] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 2023/PHALGUNA 4, 1944 भारतीय उपचया ापररषद ् प्रत्याहार आदेि नई ददल् ली, 22 फरवरी, 2023 फा. स.ं 18-18/14472-आईएनसी.— भारतीय उपचयाा पररषद ् अजधजनयम, 1947 (1947 का XLVIII) की धारा 14 के तहत प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय उपचयाा पररषद ्एतद्दवारा जनम्नजलजखत आदेि िारी करती ह:ै - िबदक देिमखु कॉलिे ऑफ नर्सगिं , 96/2 लाल बहादरु िास्त्री रोड़, वेदनगर के जवपरीत, ननखड़े ा, जिला उज्जनै – 456010, मध्य प्रदेि, मध्य प्रदिे राज्य सरकार और मध्य प्रदेि नसेस रजिस्ट्रेिन काउंजसल द्वारा पोस्ट्ट बजे सक बी.एससी(एन) पाठ्यक्रम संचाजलत करन े के जलए मान्यता प्राप्त ह।ै वहीं, प्रमुख सजचव, (स्ट्वास्ट््य और पररवार कल्याण जवभाग), मध्य प्रदिे सरकार, कक्ष संख्या 241, मंत्रालय (वल्लभ भवन) एररया जहल्स, भोपाल- 462004, मध्य प्रदिे को भारतीय उपचयाा पररषद ् अजधजनयम, 1947 की धारा 14 के तहत मान्यता वापस लने े के जलए एक नोरटस सं. 18-18/14472-आईएनसी ददनांक 22/06/2022 िारी दकया गया था। नोरटस ददनांक 22/06/2022 की एक प्रजत देिमखु कॉलिे ऑफ नर्सगिं , 96/2 लाल बहादरु िास्त्री रोड़, वदे नगर के जवपरीत, ननखड़े ा, जिला उज्जनै – 456010, मध्य प्रदेि को भी भेिी गई थी। िारी नोरटस में राज्य सरकार से नर्सिंग संस्ट्थान की उपयिु ता के संबंध में पररषद ्को अपनी जसफाररिें प्रस्ट्तुत करन े का अनुरोध दकया गया था। 1197 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] िबदक देिमखु कॉलिे ऑफ नर्सगिं के मामल े म ें पररषद ् को राज्य सरकार स े कोई अनुिंसा प्राप्त नहीं हुई ह।ै यहा ं तक दक संस्ट्थान देिमखु कॉलिे ऑफ नर्सगिं न े िारी नोरटस का उत्तर भी नहीं ददया ह।ै िबदक,पररषद ् ने इस मामल े पर समग्र जवचार दकया ह।ै ददनाकं 15/11/2021 की जनरीक्षण ररपोटा के अवलोकन स े पता चलता ह ैदक संस्ट्थान म ेंकई तरह की कजमयां ह,ै जविेष रूप से नैदाजनक और जिक्षण सुजवधाओं से संबंजधत कजमयां। अब इस प्रकार, भारतीय उपचयाा पररषद ् अजधजनयम 1947 की धारा 14(3)(बी) के तहत प्रदत्त अजधकारों का प्रयोग करत े हुए पररषद यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक ददनांक 08/09/2022 से आगे देिमखु कॉलिे ऑफ नर्सगिं , 96/2 लाल बहादरु िास्त्री रोड़, वेदनगर के जवपरीत, ननखड़े ा, जिला उज्जनै – 456010, मध्य प्रदेि से पोस्ट्ट बेजसक बी.एससी(एन) की योग्यता रखन े वाला हर एक व्यजि, मध्यप्रदेि राज्य सरकार के आदिे के अधीन केवल मध्यप्रदेि राज्य म ें पंिीकृत होन े का हकदार होगा। ले. कनाल (डॉ.) सवािीत कौर, सजचव [जवज्ञापन-III/4/असा./638/2022-23] INDIAN NURSING COUNCIL WITHDRAWAL ORDER New Delhi, the 22nd February, 2023 F. No. 18-18/14472-INC.— In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 (XLVIII of 1947), the Indian Nursing Council hereby issues the following order:— Whereas Deshmukh College of Nursing situated at 96/2 Lal Bahadur Shastri Road, Opposite Vednagar, Nankheda, Distt. Ujjain – 456010, Madhya Pradesh is recognized by State Government of Madhya Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh Nurses Registration Council to conduct Post Basic B.Sc(N) Course. Whereas, a notice no. 18-18/14472-INC dated 22/06/2022 for withdrawal of Recognition under section 14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 addressed to Principal Secretary (Health &FW), Government of Madhya Pradesh, Room No. 241, Mantralaya (Vallabh Bhawan) Area Hills, Bhopal – 462004, Madhya Pradesh was issued. Copy of the notice dated 22/06/2022 was also enclosed to Deshmukh College of Nursing situated at 96/2 Lal Bahadur Shastri Road, Opposite Vednagar, Nankheda, Distt. Ujjain – 456010, Madhya Pradesh. In the notice issued, the State Government was requested to submit their recommendations to the Council as respects Suitability of the nursing institution. Whereas, the Council has not received any recommendation from the State Government as respects the case of Deshmukh College of Nursing, Madhya Pradesh. Even the institution Deshmukh College of Nursing has not responded to the notices issued. Whereas, the Council has considered the matter in its entirety. Perusal of the inspection report dated 15/11/2021 would show that the institution is deficient in many respects especially those relating to deficiencies i.e., clinical and teaching facilities. Now therefore, the Council exercising powers under section 14(3)(b) of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 declares that with effect from 08/09/2022 any person holding a recognized qualification of Post Basic B.Sc(N) from Deshmukh College of Nursing situated at 96/2 Lal Bahadur Shastri Road, Opposite Vednagar, Nankheda, Distt. Ujjain – 456010, Madhya Pradesh shall be entitled to be registered only in the State of Madhya Pradesh subject to the orders of State government of Madhya Pradesh. Lt. Col (Dr) SARVJEET KAUR, Secy.
