NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 23rd October, 2026 S.O. 5757(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 43 of the Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002 (15 of 2003) and in consultation with the Chief Justice of the High Court of Rajasthan, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section(ii) vide number S.O.372(E), dated the 5th February, 2016, namely :- In the said notification, in the TABLE, for serial number 22 and the entries relating thereto, the following Sl.

No. and entries shall be substituted, namely :-

(1) (2) (3) (4) Court of Special Judge, (CBI) The districts falling in jurisdiction of Rajasthan High Court No.3, Jaipur Bench, Jaipur.

Court of Special Judge, (CBI) Will hear transferred cases only as transferred by the No.2, Jaipur Rajasthan High Court. “22 Rajasthan Court of Special Judge, (CBI) Will hear transferred cases only as transferred by the No.4, Jaipur Rajasthan High Court.

Court of Special Judge, (CBI) Will hear transferred cases only as transferred by the No.5, Jaipur Rajasthan High Court.
