NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 23rd October, 2026 S.O. 5756(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 43 of the Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002 (15 of 2003) and in consultation with the Chief Justice of High Court of Karnataka, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), number S.O.372(E), dated the 5th February, 2016, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section(ii), namely :- In the said notification, in the TABLE, against serial number 13 relating to the State of Karnataka, after the existing entries in columns (3) and (4), the following entries shall be inserted, namely :-
