Reference is invited to this fVlinistry's O.M. of even No. dated 27.09.2021
regarding the Model Contract Provision for 'Dispute Avoidance Mechanism' through
"lndependent Engineer" in the Construction Contracts of CPSEs under administrative
control of this tvlinistry executing Hydro Power Projects. A subsequent amendment to the
aforementioned O.M. was issued vide O.M. of even No. dated 16.06.2025. Reference is
also invited to this Ministry's O.ltI. of even No. dated 16.06.2025, vide which the
'Expression of lnterest' was invited from eligible candidate(s) for empanelment as
'lndependent Engineer'.
