O. N. 06(E).— In pursuance of the provisions contained in sub-section (1) of Section 13AA of the
Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950) and in supersession of its earlier notification no. 508/DL/2015
dated 1st June, 2015, the Election Commission of India, in consultation with the Government of NCT of Delhi, hereby
designates the officer of the State Government specified in column (2) of the table below as the District Election Officer
