(1) इन जनयमों को केन्द्द्रीय मोटर यान (..... ...संिोधन) जनयमावली, 2024 कहा िाएगा। (2) ये जनयम रािपत्र म ेंउनके प्रकािन की तारीख से लागू होंगे। 2. केन्द्द्रीय मोटर यान जनयमावली, 1989 (जिसे आगे इसम ेंउि जनयम कहा िाएगा) के जनयम 81 म,ें (i) सारणी म,ें क्रम संख्या (4ख) और उससे संबंजधत प्रजवजष्टयों के स्ट्थान पर जनम्नजलजखत प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा, अथाथत:् - क्र.स.ं प्रयोिन धनराजि जनयम धारा (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) 4ख. 15 वर्थ होन े पर पंिीकरण प्रमाणपत्र का 47(1) नवीनीकरण: - 52(1) 54(1) 76(1) (क)अमान्द्य गाड़ी पचास रुपए 78(1) (ख)मोटर साइदकल एक हिार रुपए (ग) जतपजहया/ क्वाजिसाइदकल िो हिार पांच सौ रुपए (घ) हल्के मोटर वाहन पांच हिार रुपए (ड.) मध्यम माल/यात्री वाहन बारह हिार रुपए (च)भारी माल/यात्री वाहन अठारह हिार रुपए (छ) आयाजतत मोटर वाहन (िो या तीन पजहया) िस हिार रुपए (ि) आयाजतत मोटर वाहन (चार या अजधक चालीस हिार रुपए पजहये वाला) (i) कोई अन्द्य वाहन िो ऊपर वर्णथत नहीं ह:ै छह हिार रुपए (ii) क्रम संख्या (4ख) और उसस ेसंबंजधत प्रजवजष्टयों के पश्चात ्जनम्नजलजखत को अतं :स्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा, अथाथत:् - क्र.सं. प्रयोिन धनराजि जनयम धारा (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) 4ग. 20 वर्थ होन े पर एवं उसके बाि पंिीकरण 47(1) प्रमाणपत्र का नवीकरण: - 52(1) (क) अमान्द्य गाड़ी सौ रुपए 54(1) (ख) मोटर साइदकल िो हिार रुपए 76(1) (ग) जतपजहया/ क्वाजिसाइदकल पांच हिार रुपए 78(1) (घ) हल्के मोटर वाहन िस हिार रुपए (ड.) मध्यम माल/यात्री वाहन चौबीस हिार रुपए (च) भारी माल/यात्री वाहन छत्तीस हिार रुपए[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 (छ) आयाजतत मोटर वाहन (िो या तीन बीस हिार रुपए पजहया) (ि) आयाजतत मोटर वाहन (चार या अजधक अस्ट्सी हिार रुपए पजहये वाला) ( i ) कोई अन्द्य वाहन िो ऊपर उजल्लजखत बारह हिार रुपए न हो (iii) क्रम संख्या (10क) और उससे संबंजधत प्रजवजष्टयों के पश्चात् जनम्नजलजखत को अंतःस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा, अथाथत्: - 10ख. 20 वर्थ से अजधक परु ाने मोटर वाहनों के जलए 62(2) दफटनेस प्रमाण पत्र प्रिान करन े और उनका नवीनीकरण करने के जलए वाहन का परीिण: (क) मोटरसाइदकल मैनुअल: एक हिार रुपय े स्ट्वचाजलत: एक हिार रुपय े (ख) तीन पजहया या हल्का मोटर वाहन या मैनुअल: िो हिार रुपय े क्व ाजिसाइदकल स्ट्वचाजलत: िो हिार रुपय े (ग) मध्यम माल या यात्री मोटर वाहन मैनुअल: िो हिार छह सौ रुपय े स्ट्वचाजलत: िो हिार छह सौ रुपय े (घ) भारी माल या यात्री मोटर वाहन मैनुअल: तीन हिार रुपय े स्ट्वचाजलत: तीन हिार रुपय े (iv) क्रम संख्या (11क) और उससे संबंजधत प्रजवजष्टयों के स्ट्थान पर जनम्नजलजखत को प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा, अथाथत्: - The objections or suggestions which may be received from any person in respect of the said draft rules before the expiry of the aforesaid period will be considered by the Central Government. DRAFT RULES 1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Central Motor Vehicles (….. Amendment) Rules, 2024 (2) They shall come into force from the date of publication of the notification. 2.
