ोजेनेटडे काबाजनक ऄपजिि का वजन आनपुट ऄपजिि के जहसाब से 1% से ऄजधक ह,ै तो ऄपजिि को केवल रटवन चैम् बर भस्ट्मक में जलाया जाएगा और सभी सुजवधा संयंत्रों को प्राथजमक कक्ष में 850±25oC और जद्वतीयक दहन कक्ष में 1100oC का न्‍दयूनतम तापमान प्राि करने के जलए बनाया जाएगा और जद्वतीयक दहन कक्ष में गैस मौजूदगी समय दो सेकंड से कम नहीं होना चाजहएऐ (v) स्ट्क्रसबग ईत्सजान के जलए बने स्ट्क्रबर का ईपयोग िमनकताा के रूप में नहीं दकया जाएगाऐ (vi) भस्ट्मीकरण संयंत्रों (दहन कक्षों) को ासे तापमान, ऄवधारण समय और वायुमण् डलीय जवक्षोप के साथ संचाजलत दकया जाएगा, तादक भस्ट्मीकरण ाि और ऄवजिष् टों में कुल काबाजनक काबान (टीओसी) सामग्री 3% से कम हो और दहन करने पर ईनका नुकसान सूखे वजन का 5% से कम होऐ मानकों को पूरा न करने की जस्ट्थजत में, जैसा भी मामला हो, ाि और ऄवजिष् ट को पुनः जला ददया जाएगाऐ (vii) भस्ट्मक में कम से कम तीस मीटर उंची जचमनी होनी चाजहएऐ भस्ट्मक स ेईत्प न्‍दन बजह:स्राव रटप्प णी : i. स्ट्क्रबर और फिा की धुलाइ से ईत्प न्‍द न बजह:स्राव बंद नाली या पाआपों के माध्यम से प्रवाजहत दकया जाएगा और पयाावरण (संरक्षण) जनयम, 1986 के तहत ऄजधसूजचत पयाावरण प्रदर्ू ण (भाग क: बजह:स्राव) के जवसजान के जलए सामान्‍दय मानकों की ऄनुसूची VI के साथ परठत उपर 'ख' में ईजल्लजखत बजह:स्राव मानकों का ऄनुपालन करने के जलए ईपचाररत दकया जाएगाऐ[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का राजपत्र : ऄसाधारण 5 ii. ऄपजिि जल या फिा धोने से बनने वाला टीडीएस ईपयोग दकए गए ऄिोजधत पानी के टीडीएस से 1000 जमलीग्राम/लीटर से ऄजधक नहीं होना चाजहएऐ अंधी तफू ान स ेअन ेवाला जल रटप्प णी : i. तूफान के साथ अने वाले पानी को स्ट्क्रबर पानी और/या फिा धोने के पानी के साथ जमजित होने की ऄनुमजत दी जाएगीऐ ii. अंधी तूफान के पानी को 10 जमनट (प्रजत घंटा औसत) वर्ाा following draft rules, as required under sub-rule (3) of rule 5 of the Environment (Protection) Rules, 1986, for the information of the public likely to be affected thereby; and notice is hereby given that the said draft notification shall be taken into consideration on or after the expiry of a period of sixty days from the date on which copies of the Gazette containing this notification are made available to the public. Not applicable to industry discharging to Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP), and shall be applicable to all discharge to land and surface water bodies including use of treated wastewater for horticulture or irrigation purpose 2. The concerned State Pollution Control Board / Pollution Control Committee shall prescribe limits of Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), Sulphates and Chlorides depending on the usages of recipient water body in downstream, in which effluent shall be disposed off.[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का राजपत्र : ऄसाधारण 7 3. (ii) The CO concentration in tail gas shall not be less than 7%. 2 (iii) In case, halogenated organic waste is less than 1% by weight input waste, all the facilities in single chamber incinerators shall be designed so as to achieve a minimum temperature of 1100oC in the incinerator. For fluidized bed technology based incinerator, temperature shall be maintained at 950oC. (iv) In case halogenated organic waste is more than 1% by weight in input waste, waste shall be8 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] incinerated only in twin chamber incinerators and all the facilities shall be designed to achieve a minimum temperature of 850±25oC in primary chamber and 1100oC in secondary combustion chamber with a gas residence time in secondary combustion chamber not less than two seconds. (v) Scrubber meant for scrubbing emissions shall not be used as quencher. (vi) Incineration plants shall be operated (combustion chambers) with such temperature, retention time and turbulence, as to achieve Total Organic Carbon (TOC) content in the incineration ash and residue less than 3% and their loss on ignition is less than 5% of the dry weight. In case of non-conformity, ash and residue as the case may be, shall be re-incinerated. (vii) The incinerator shall have a chimney of at least thirty meters height. Effluent from Incinerator Note: i. Effluent from scrubber(s) and floor washings shall flow through closed conduit or pipe network and be treated to comply with the effluent standards mentioned at „B‟ above read with Schedule VI: General Standards for Discharge of Environment Pollutions (Part A: Effluents) notified under the Environment (Protection) Rules, 1986. ii. The build-up in TDS in wastewater or floor washings shall not exceed 1000 mg/l over and above the TDS of raw water used. Storm water Note: i. Storm water shall be allowed to mix with scrubber water and/or floor washings. ii. Storm water shall be channelized through separate drains passing through a HDPE lined pit having holding capacity of 10 minutes (hourly average) of rainfall. [F.
