1. (i) इन जनयमों को औषध (...... संिोधन) जनयम, 2026 कहा िा सकता ह।ै

(ii) य ेजनयम सरकारी रािपत्र म ें जनयमों के अंजतम प्रकािन के समय सरकार द्वारा जनर्िडष्ट तारीख स े प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. औषध जनयमावली, 1945 म,ें जनयम 65 म,ें उप-जनयम (2) के पश्चात, जनम्नजलजखत उप-जनयम अतं ःस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा, अथाडत:् — (2क) दकसी पंिीकृत जचदकत्सा व्यवसायी के नयस्ट्खे पर आपूर्त ड की गई दकसी भी औषध के थोक जवक्रय के अलावा अन्य तरीके स े आपूर्त ड करन े वाले को लाइसेंस प्राि पररसर म ें क्लोज्ड सर्कडि िेलीजविन (सीसीिीवी) जनगरानी प्रणाली इस प्रकार स्ट्थाजपत और अनयरजित करनी होगी दक ऐसे पररसर म ें की गई जबक्री सत्यापन योग्य हो। इसके अजतररि, ररकॉर्डगिं को न्यूनतम 3 महीन े की अवजध के जलए संरजित रखा िाएगा। [फा. स.ं एक्स.11014/15/2026-डीआर] पयष्पेंद्र रािपतू , संययि सजचव नोि: औषध जनयम, 1945 को सरकारी रािपत्र म ेंअजधसूचना संख्या फा. 28-10/45एच(1), दिनांक 21 दिसंबर, 1945 के माध्यम से प्रकाजित दकया गया था और अंजतम बार अजधसचू ना संख्या सा.का.जन.…..(अ), दिनांक……. के माध्यम स े संिोजधत दकया गया था। MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE (Department of Health and Family Welfare)

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 8th September, 2026 G.S.R. 791(E).— The following draft of certain rules further to amend the Drugs Rules, 1945, which the Central Government proposes to make, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 12 and sub-

section (1) of section 33 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 (23 of 1940), after consultation with the Drugs Technical Advisory Board is hereby published for information of all persons likely to be affected thereby, and notice is hereby given that the said draft rules shall be taken into consideration on or after the expiry of a period of thirty days from the date on which the copies of the Gazette of India containing these draft rules are made available to the public.

Objections and suggestions which may be received from any person within the period specified above will be considered by the Central Government.

1. (i)These rules may be called the Drugs (...... Amendment) Rules, 2026.

(ii)These rules shall come into force from the date as specified by the Government at the time of final publication of the rules in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Drugs Rules, 1945, in rule 65, after sub-rule (2), the following sub-rule shall be inserted, namely:-

(2A) The supply, otherwise than by way of wholesale dealing of any drug supplied on the prescription of a Registered Medical Practitioner shall be made under a Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) surveillance system installed and maintained for this purpose at the licensed premises. Further, the recordings shall be preserved for a minimum period of 3 months.
