No.01/89/180/13/AM-15/PC-2[A]/E-5910.—In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 and 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), 2023, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes amendment in the list of Ministries/Departments whose notifications on mandatory QCOs, that are exempted by the DGFT for goods to be utilised/consumed in manufacture of export products. Accordingly, list of Ministries/Departments is updated in supersession of Public Notice No. 47/2023 dated 07.03.2024.
