NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th January, 2023
S.O. 712(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 5(2) of the National Trust Rules
2000 and 4(7) of the National Trust Regulation 2001, the Central Government hereby amends the above
Rules and Regulations of the Government of India in the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment
(Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities) for enhancement of sitting fee for a person or a
professional invited to attend a meeting of the Board or a meeting of the committee or a Sub-committee
constituted by the Board from rupees five hundred to rupees one thousand for each day of the meeting in
addition to the Travelling Allowance/Dearness Allowance as may be admissible as per Central Government
rules from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
