This public notice is issued in exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2015-2020. The effect of this notice is to increase the number of agencies authorized to issue Non-Preferential Certificates of Origin, providing exporters with more options for obtaining this required documentation.
