[G.O. Ms. No. 264, Health and Family Welfare (C2), 15th November 2016, äŠðC 30, ¶¡ºA, F¼õœÀõ˜ ݇´-2047.] No. SRO B-86/2016.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following Rules:- 2. The rules hereby made shall come into force on and from the date of publication in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette. RULES. The General and the special Rules applicable to the holders of the permanent post in class III of Branch - IV - General of the Tamil Nadu Medical Subordinate Service shall apply to the holders of the temporary post of Cath Lab Technician, subject to the modifications specified in the follwoing rules.- 2. Constitution.-The post shall constitute a separate category in the said class of the said branch of the said Service. 3. Appointment.- Appointment to the post shall be made as follows:- (i) By promotion from among the holders of the post of any category or class in the Tamil Nadu Medical Subordinate Service; or (ii) By recruitment by transfer from any other service; or (iii) By direct recruitment, if no qualified candidate is available by the above methods. 4. Appointing Authority.- The appointing authority for the post shall be the Head of Medical Institution concerned. 5. Qualifications:- (a) Age.- No person shall be eligible for appointment to the post by direct recruitment, if he has completed or will complete 30 years of age on the first day of July of the year in which the selection for appointment is made. (b) Other qualifications.- No person shall be eligible for appointment to the post unless he possesses the following qualifications, namely:- (i) Must have passed Higher Secondary Certificate with subjects Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology or Physics, Chemistry, Biology with any one of the related subjects; and (ii) Must have passed one year certificate course in Cardiac catheterisation Lab Technician from Government Medical Institutions under the control of the director of Medical Education or in any other institution recognized by the State or Central Government. 6. Reservation of appointments.- The rule relating to reservation of appointments (General Rule 22) shall apply for appointment to the post by direct recruitment. 7. Probation.- Every person appointed to the post by direct recruitment shall, from the date on which he joins duty, be on probation for a total period of two years on duty within a continuous period of three years: Provided that every person appointed to the post by recruitment by transfer shall, from the date on which he joins duty be on probation for a period of one year on duty with a continuous period of two years. 8. Ms. No. 265, Health and Family Welfare (C2), 15th November 2016, äŠðC 30, ¶¡ºA, F¼õœÀõ˜ ݇´-2047.] No. SRO B-87/2016.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following Rules:- 2. The rules hereby made shall come into force on and from the date of publication of the Rules in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette. RULES. The General and the Special Rules applicable to the holders of the permanent post in Branch - IV - General in the Tamil Nadu Medical Subordinate Service shall apply to the holders of the temporary post of Lithotripsy Technician Sanctioned from time to time, subject to the modifications specified in the following rules.- 2. Constitution.-The post shall consitute a separate category in class III of the said branch of the said Service. 3. Appointment.- Appointment to the post shall be made as follows:- (i) By direct recruitment; or (ii) By transfer from any other class or category in the same service; or (iii) By recruitment by transfer from any other service. 4. Appointing Authority.- The appointing authority for the post shall be the Head of the Institution concerned. 5. Qualification:- (a) Age.- No person shall be eligible for appointment to the post by direct recruitment, if he has completed or will complete thirty years of age on the first day of July of the year in which the selection for appointment is made or notification issued, as the case may be. (b) Other qualifications.- No person shall be eligible for appointment to the post, unless he possesses a bachelor degree in Allied Health Science awarded by any University recognized by the University Grants Commission. i.e., three years course with one year internship. 6. Training:- Every person appointed to the post shall undergo six months training in Urology Department in any one of the teaching hospitals. 7. Reservation of appointments.- The rule relating to reservation of appointments (General Rule 22) shall apply for appointment to the post by direct recruitment. 8. Probation.- Every person appointed to the post by direct recruitment shall, from the date on which he joins duty, be on probation for a total period of two years on duty within a continuous period of three years. Ms. No. 145, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (E-6), 2nd December 2016.] No. SRO B-88/2016.—In exercise of the powers Conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the constitution of India, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Special Rules for the Tamil Nadu Panchayat Development Subordinate Service (Section 47 in Volume III of the Tamil Nadu Services Manual). 2. The amendment hereby made shall come into force on and after 2nd December 2016. AMENDMENT In the said Special Rules after rule 9, the following rule shall be added namely:- 10. Pay.-- A Section Officer of Secretariat, who is appointed as Block Development Officer on tenure basis, shall continue to draw the pay, that was drawn by him in the Payband plus Grade pay applicable for the post of section officer before the date of such appointment.
