Ms. No. 152, Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection (C1), 2nd November 2017, äŠðC 16, «ýM÷‹H, F¼õœÀõ˜ ݇´-2048.] No.II(1)/CFCP/32/2017.—The following Order of the Government of India, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution (Department of Consumer Affairs), New Delhi, the 27th September, 2017 is republished:- S.O. 3136 (E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following order to further amend the Removal of Licensing Requirements, Stock Limits and Movement Restrictions on Specified Foodstuffs Order, 2016, namely :- 1. (1) This order may be called the Removal of Licensing Requirements, Stock Limits and Movement Restrictions on Specified Foodstuffs (Fourth Amendment) Order, 2017. (2) It shall come into force on the 1st day of October 2017. 2. In the Removal of Licensing Requirements, Stock Limits and Movement Restrictions on Specified Foodstuffs Order, 2016, in clause 3, in sub-clause (2), in item (iii), for the figures, letters and word “30th September, 2017”, the figures, letters and word “30th September, 2018” shall be substituted.
