[G.O. Ms. No. 75, Agriculture (AU), 16th March 2017, ðƒ°Q 3, ¶¡ºA, F¼õœÀõ˜ ݇´-2048.] No. SRO A-15/2017.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Admission in Professional Educational Institutions Act, 2006 (Tamil Nadu Act 3 of 2007), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments to the Tamil Nadu Admission in Agricultural Institutions Rules, 2007. AMENDMENTS In the said Rules, in rule 4,- (i) in clause (i), under the heading “Academic stream”, under the sub-heading “I. Agricultural Science Courses”, after the serial number (9) and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and the entry shall, respectively be inserted, namely:- “(10) B.Sc., (Sericulture)”; (ii) in clause (ii),-(a) in sub-clause (a), for the expression “and Bachelor of Science in Home Science”, the following expression shall be substituted, namely:- “Bachelor of Science in Home Science and Bachelor of Science in Sericulture”; (b) in sub-clause (c), in the TABLE, in column (1), after the expression “(4) Bachelor of Science in Home Science”, the following expression shall be inserted, namely:- “(5) Bachelor of Science in Sericulture”. Ms. No. 27, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (MC.5), 20th March 2017, Panguni 7, Thunmugi, Thiruvalluvar Aandu-2048.] No. SRO A-16/2017.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 106 of the Madurai City Municipal Corporation Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 15 of 1971), Section 108 of the Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation Act, 1981 (Tamil Nadu Act 25 of 1981), Section 8 of the Tiruchirappalli City Municipal Corporation Act,1994 (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 1994), Section 8 of the Tirunelveli City Municipal Corporation Act 1994 (Tamil Nadu Act 28 of 1994) and Section 8 of the Salem City Municipal Corporation Act, 1994 (Tamil Nadu Act 29 of 1994), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments to the Tamil Nadu Municipal Corporations Public Health Subordinate Service Rules, 1996. 2. The amendments hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force on the 17th December 2015. AMENDMENTS In the said Rules,- (1) in rule 2, in Class III, under the heading “Group - I,” for the expression “Category 1 - Sanitary Inspector”, the following expression shall be substituted, namely :- “Category I - Sanitary Officer. Category II - Sanitary Inspector”; andApr. 12, 2017] TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE 77 (2) in rule 3, in the TABLE, in columns (1) and (2), above the entry “Sanitary Inspector” in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in column (2), the following entries shall, respectively, be inserted, namely:- “Sanitary Officer By promotion from the holders of the post of Sanitary Inspectors.”; (3) in rule 4, in the TABLE, in columns (1) to (3), above the entry “Sanitary Inspector” in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3) the following entries shall respectively, be inserted, namely:- “Sanitary Officer By Promotion Must have worked for a period of not less than 2 years in the post of “Sanitary Inspector.”.
