In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 125 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act,
1994 (Tamil Nadu Act 21 of 1994), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby excludes the land situated within the
boundaries of T.T.Mottur Village Panchayat and Village, Kothapalli Village Panchayat and Village, Gangasanikuppam
Village Panchayat and Village Pernampattu Taluk, Unai Village Panchayat and Village, Eryankadu Village Panchayat
and Village, Serpadi Village Panchayat and Village, Pinnathurai Village Panchayat and Village, Kandhaneri Village
Panchayat and Village, Annaikattu Taluk, Pitchanur Village and Village Panchayat, Kudiyatham Taluk, Vellore
District with the total extent as mentioned in the Schedule I to IX below, be the same or a little more or less
from the operation of the said Act, with effect on and from the date of publication of this Notification in the
Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.
