In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 125 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994
(Tamil Nadu Act 21 of 1994), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby excludes the land situated within the boundaries
of Pavithram Village and Village Panchayat, Vettamangalam East village and Village Panchayat, Vettamangalam
West Village and Village Panchayat, Pugazur Taluk, Melapalayam village and village Panchayat, Karur Taluk,
Sethamangalam west Village and village Panchayat, Aravakurichi Taluk, Karur District with the total extent as
mentioned in the Schedules I to V below, be the same or a little more or less from the operation of the said
Act, with effect on and from the date of publication of this Notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.
