In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 125 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994
(Tamil Nadu Act 21 of 1994), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby excludes the land situated within the boundaries
of Andavoyal Village, Andavoyal Village Panchayat, Thirunilai Village, Thirunilai Village Panchayat, Jegannathapuram
Village-3, Jegannathapuram Village Panchayat, Neidhavoyal-2 Village, Neidhavoyal Village Panchayat, Eliambedu
Village, Eliambedu Village Panchayat, Sirulampakkam Village, Sirulampakkam Village Panchayat, Ponneri Taluk,
Alathur Village, Alathur Village Panchayat, Morai-I Village, Morai Village Panchayat, Avadi Taluk, Thiruvallur District as
mentioned in the Schedule-I to VIII below, be the same or a little more or less from the operation of the said Act, with
