NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT RURAL DEVELOPMENT AND PANCHAYAT RAJ DEPARTMENT EXCLUDED FROM THE OPERATION UNDER THE TAMIL NADU PANCHAYATS ACT, 1994 [G.O. Ms. No.118, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (SGS.3), 26th June 2025, ஆனி 12, விசுவாாவாசு, திருவாள்ளுவார் ஆண்டு-2056.] No. II(2)/RDPR/582(e)/2025.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 125 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994 (Tamil Nadu Act 21 of 1994), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby excludes the land situated within the boundaries of Elagiri Village, Elagiri Village Panchayat, Tirupathur Taluk and District with the total extent as mentioned in the Schedule below, be the same or a little more or less from the operation of the said Act, with effect on and from the date of publication of this Notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.
