It is advised that “Credit Suisse AG” has been excluded from the Second Schedule of the
Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 vide Notification DoR.LIC.No.S1373/23.03.025/2024-25
dated June 4, 2024, which is published in the Gazette of India (Part III - Section 4) dated August
17- August 23, 2024.
