Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Directorate of Enforcement, Assistant Director of Enforcement, Group „A‟ post, Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Directorate of Enforcement, Assistant Director of Enforcement, Group „A‟ post, Recruitment Rules, 2020, in the Schedule, in Column (13), after the entries, the following Note shall be inserted, namely:- “Note:- Consultation with the Union Public Service Commission not necessary while appointing an officer on deputation basis for a period of one year with effect from 13th February, 2023.” [K-11022/74/2021-Ad.ED ] SANDEEP GAHLOT, Under Secy.
