S.O. 1527(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) read with paragraph 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby exempts export of the following items to Bhutan from any export ban: (i) Milk powder (ii) Wheat (iii) Edible oil (iv) Pulses (v) Non-basmati rice 2. Effect of this Notification: Export of above items to Bhutan will be exempted from any ban and without any quantitative restrictions.
