In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 read with Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act 1992, read with para 1.02 and Para 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2023, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby amends Notification No. 35/2015-20 dated 07.10.2021 read with Notification No. 44/2015-2020 dated 17.11.2022 as follows - 1. Forest, Environment & Climate Change Department, Government of Odisha shall finalize the modalities for export of the Red Sanders Heart Wood in log form and shall complete the said Exports within 12 months from date of this Notification. 2. All other provisions shall remain unchanged. Effect of this notification: Forest.
