rule 10 of the Tribunal (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2021 and in pursuance of Office Memorandum of the Department of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Law and Justice number J-18/57/2026-JUDICIAL/E. 195818 dated the 27th August, 2026, the Central Government hereby extends the tenure of Ms. Meera Swarup, IA&AS (Retd.), as Technical Member of the Securities Appellate Tribunal for a further period from 09.09.2026 to
