Dear Sir/Madam, ln continuation to DGS Circular No. 50 of 2025, this is to inform all stakeholders and users of the MTO Application System that, due to ongoing data migration.-activities, the MTO Application Portal will remain unavailable up to 21: 00 hours on 14 November 2025 During this period, access to application submission, document upload, and payment processing will remain unavailable.

After the completion of this migration, the relevant stakeholders may apply for Certificate of Registration / Renewal and Change of Name / Addressthrough the following link:
