No. BCI:D: 2767/2025.—Extract of the minutes of the meeting of the General Council of the Bar Council of India, which was held on Sunday, 2nd March, 2025 in the premises of the Bar Council of India at New Delhi Results of Elections for the post of Chairman and Vice-Chairman, Bar Council of India, which was held on Sunday, the 2nd March, 2025 in the premises of Bar Council of India at New Delhi vide Item No.44/2025.

Mr. Suresh Chandra Shrimali, Co-Chairman, Bar Council of India presided over the meeting of the General Council of the Bar Council of India held on 2nd March, 2025 for the elections for the posts of Chairman and Vice-Chairman, Bar Council of India.

Election for the post of Chairman, Bar Council of India Resolution Mr. Manan Kumar Mishra, Senior Advocate, Member, Bar Council of India was unanimously elected as the Chairman of the Bar Council of India for the tenure with effect from 17th April, 2025 to 16th April, 2030.

Election for the post of Vice-Chairman, Bar Council of India Resolution Mr. S. Prabakaran, Senior Advocate, Member, Bar Council of India was unanimously elected as the Vice-Chairman of the Bar Council of India for the said tenure with effect from 17th April, 2025.
