1. कृजि आयुक्त, कृजि एवं ककसान कल्याण जवभाग । अध्यक्ष,पदेन

2. स्ट्वास्ट््य सेवा महाजनदेिक । सदस्ट्य,पदेन

3. उप महाजनदेिक, राष्ट्रीय संसाधन प्रबंधन प्रभाग, भारतीय कृजि अनुसंधान पररिद ्। सदस्ट्य,पदेन

4. उप महाजनदेिक, फसल जवज्ञान प्रभाग, भारतीय कृजि अनुसंधान पररिद ्। सदस्ट्य,पदेन

2. सजमजत की पदावजध इस अजधसूिना के रािपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख से पांि वि व की होगी।

3. सजमजत के सदस्ट्य, उसकी बैठकों में उपाजस्ट्र्त होन े के जलए जवजनर्दवष्ट दरों पर यात्रा और दैजनक भत्ते प्राप्त करने के हकदार होंग,े अर्ावत:् -

(i) सजमजत का कोई पदेन सदस्ट्य, उस सेवा के जलए लाग ू दरों पर प्राप्त करन े का हकदार होगा जिससे वह सम्बंजधत ह;ै और

(ii) कोई गैर-सरकारी सदस्ट्य, इस संबंध म ें केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा समय-समय पर िारी आदेिों के अनुसार हकदार होगा।

ORDER New Delhi, the 30th September, 2026 S.O. 5417(E).— In pursuance of sub-clause (1) of clause 38 A of the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed)

(Control) Order, 1985, the Central Government hereby constitutes the Central Biostimulant Committee consisting of the following members, namely:-

1. Agriculture Commissioner, Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare. Chairperson, ex officio.

2. Director General of Health Services. Member, ex officio.

Deputy Director General, National Resource Management Division of the

3. Member, ex officio.

Indian Council of Agricultural Research.

Deputy Director General, Crop Science Division of the Indian Council of

4. Member, ex officio.

Agricultural Research.

Joint Secretary, Integrated Nutrient Management Division of Department of

5. Member, ex officio.

Agriculture and Farmers Welfare.

6. Director, Central Fertilizer Quality Control and Training Institute, Faridabad. Member, ex officio.

7. Director, Indian Toxicology Research Centre, Lucknow. Member, ex officio.

2. The term of office of the Committee shall be five years from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.

3. The members of the Committee shall be entitled to draw travelling and daily allowances at the rates specified below while attending its meetings, namely:-

(i) an ex officio member of the Committee shall be entitled at the rates applicable to the service to which he belongs; and

(ii) a non-official member shall be entitled in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3
