L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-02072024-255092 CG-DxLx-xEG-I0D2H0x7x2x0 24-255092 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (i) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (i) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 338] नई दिल्ली, मगं लिार, िलु ाई 2, 2024/आषाढ 11, 1946 No. 338] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, JULY 2, 2024/ASHADHA 11, 1946 सामाजिक न्याय और अजधकाररता मत्रं ालय (दिवय ागं िन सिजिकरण जिभाग) अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 2 िुलाई, 2024 सा.का.जन. 361(अ).—िबदक दिव्ांगिन अजधकार अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 49) की धारा 100 की उप-धारा (1) के तहत यथा अपेजित, दिव्ागं िन अजधकार जनयमािली, 2017 के जनयम 15 के उप जनयम (1) म ें संिोधन करन े के जलए कजतपय जनयमों का एक मसौिा दिनांक 19 माच,च 2024 की अजधसूचना संख्या सा.का.जन 219 (अ.) के माध्यम से भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-II, खडं 3, उप-खंड (i) म ें प्रकाजित दकया गया था जिसमें, उससे प्रभाजित होने की संभािना िाले सभी व्जियों से, आजधकाररक रािपत्र की उि अजधसूचना िाली प्रजतयां िनता को जिस तारीख से उपलब्ध कराई गई थी, उस तारीख से तीस दिनों की समाजि से पहले, आपजियां और सुझाि आमंजत्रत दकए गए थे । और िबदक, उि अजधसूचना की प्रजतयां 19 माच,च 2024 को िनता के जलए उपलब्ध करा िी गई थीं; और िबदक, उि अजधसूचना के संबंध म ें िनता स े प्राि आपजियों और सुझािों पर केंद्र सरकार द्वारा जिचार दकया गया था; 3903 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] अत: अब, दिव्ांगिन अजधकार अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 49) की धारा 100 की उप-धारा (1) और (2) द्वारा प्रिि िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्र सरकार दिव्ांगिन अजधकार जनयमािली, 2017 में आगे और संिोधन करन े के जलए एतिद्वारा जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती ह,ै अथाचत्:- (1) इन जनयमों को दिव्ांगिन अजधकार (संिोधन) जनयम, 2024 कहा िाएगा। (2) य ेआजधकाररक रािपत्र म ेंअपन ेप्रकािन की तारीख से लागू होंगे। 2. दिव्ांगिन अजधकार जनयमािली, 2017 के, जनयम 15 के, उप-जनयम (1) म,ें खडं (ण) के पश् चात् जनम्नजलजखत खंड को िोडा िाएगा, अथाचत्:- “(त) जित् तीय सेिा जिभाग, जित् त मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा अजधसूचना संख्या फा.सं.7/32/2022-बीओए-I दिनांक 2 फरिरी, 2024 में यथा जनर्िचष् ट बैंककंग सेक्ट र के जलए सुगम् यता मानक और दििाजनिेि को अजधसूजचत दकया गया ह।ै ‘’ [फा. सं. आई-12012/7/2022-एआईसी] रािीि िमाच, संयुक् त सजचि नोट: दिव यागं िन अजधकार अजधजनयम, 2017 को भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (i) म ें अजधसूचना संख्या सा.का.जन.591 (असा.), दिनांक 15 िून, 2017 के माध्यम स े प्रकाजित दकया गया था और जपछली बार सा.का.जन. 358 (असा.), दिनांक 25 िून, 2024 द्वारा संिोजधत दकया गया था। MINISTRY OF SOCIAL JUSTICE AND EMPOWERMENT [Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan)] NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 2nd July, 2024 G.S.R. 361(E).—Whereas a draft of certain rules to amend sub-rule (1) of rule 15 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2017 were published, as required by sub-section (1) of section 100 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (49 of 2016), vide G.S.R. 219 (E), dated the 19th March 2024 in the Official Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, section 3, sub-section (i), inviting objections and suggestions from all persons likely to be affected thereby, before the expiry of thirty days from the date on which the copies of the Official Gazette containing the said notification was made available to the public; And whereas, copies of the Official Gazette in which the said notification were made available to the public on the 19th March, 2024; And whereas, the objections and suggestions received from the public were considered by the Central Government; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 100 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (49 of 2016), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2017, namely:- (1) These rules may be called the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (Amendment) Rules, 2024. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2017, in rule 15, in sub-rule (1), after clause (o), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:-[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 “(p) Accessibility standards and Guidelines for Banking Sector, as specified in the notification in the Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, Government of India vide Notification no.
