This Order may be called the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) (Seventh) Amendment Order, 2023. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985 ( hereinafter referred to as the said Order), after clause 28 B, the following clauses shall be inserted, namely:- “28 C Inspection Team, The Central Government shall constitute a Inspection team or teams headed by an officer not below the rank of Director or equivalent and comprising of four other officers not below the rank of Assistant Section Officer or equivalent: Provided that one of the member shall possess the minimum qualification and training prescribed for Fertiliser Inspector in clause 27 A of FCO. 28 D Power of Inspection Team The Inspection team shall exercise all the power assigned to Fertiliser Inspector under item (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) of sub- clause (1) of clause 28 and sub-clauses (2), (3), and (4) of clause 28 of the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985.” 3. In the said Order, in sub-clause 1 of clause 29 , after the word “Inspector” the words “Inspection team constituted by Central Government” shall be inserted. [F.
