NOTIFICATION
Gorakhpur, the 18 June, 2026
S.O. 3779(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub section (6) of section 20(F) of the Railways
Act 1989 (24 of 1989) the central Government hereby authorizes the officer mentioned in column (2) of the table
below as "Arbitrator" to perform the function as such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of
publication of this notification in the official Gazette in respect of Special railway Project of “Sahjanwa - Dohrighat
section of New Line Project” in the district mentioned in column (3) and in the state mentioned in column(4) of the
said table for the public purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of such Special railway
project.
