और उक्त अजधसूचिा का सार अजधजियम की धारा 20अ की उपधारा (4) के अधीि हहदं ी दैजिक समाचार पत्र “दैजिक िागरण, आगरा” कदिाकाँ ः 30.04.2025 एर्व ं “दी हहदं स्ट्ु ताि टाइम्स, िई कदल्ली/मेरो” कदिााँकः 30.04.2025 को प्रकाजित ककया गया था। 7301 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] और िबकक, उक्त अजधसूचिा स ेसंलग्न अिुसूची म ेंक्रम संख्या 7 पर भूजम का गाटा संख्या “53” अंककत हो गया था, िबकक सही गाटा संख्या “56” ह;ै अतः अब, उक्त अजधसूचिा की अिुसूची में क्रम संख्या 7 के सामिे अंककत “गाटा संख्या 53” को “गाटा संख्या 56” पढ़ा िाय। तदिुसार, सम्बजन्धत प्रजर्वजि जिम्नािुसार पढ़ी िाएगीः क्र.संख्या जिला तहसील गांर्व का प्लाट संख्या कुल क्षेत्रफल भूजम अजधग्रहण के जलए िाम प्रस्ट्ताजर्वत क्षेत्रफल (हक्े टेयर म)ें (हक्े टेयर म)ें 7 कासगंि कासगंि बरेला 56 0.324000 0.274155 उक्त अजधसूचिा की अन्य सभी जर्वषय-र्वस्ट्त,ु जर्वर्वरण, जियम एर्वं ितें यथार्वत रहगें ी। यह िुजिपत्र उक्त अजधसूचिा का अजभन्न अंग मािा िाएगा। [फा. स.ं W/247/BG/LJN/ETAH-KASGANJ/NL/LA/1] अिुि जमत्तल, मुख्य प्रिासजिक अजधकारी/जिमाणा MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS [North Eastern Railway (Construction Organisation)]

NOTIFICATION (CORRIGENDUM) Gorakhpur, the 23rd September, 2026 Under Section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) S.O. 5236(E).— Whereas, the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Railways, North Eastern Railway/Construction Organization, Notification No. S.O. 1812(E), dated 21.04.2025, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-3, Sub-section (ii), regarding declaration of intention to acquire land for the Special Railway Project namely “Etah-Kasganj New Railway Line Project (29.00 Km.)” in Village Nasratpur, Kuramai, Bakner & Barela, Tehsil Kasganj, District Kasganj, State of Uttar Pradesh, was issued under sub-section (1) of Section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989);

And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in the daily Hindi News Paper “Dainik Jagran, Agra” dated: 30.04.2025 and daily English News Paper “The Hindustan Times, New Delhi/Metro” dated:

30.04.2025 under sub-section (4) of section 20A of the said Act.

And whereas, in the Schedule annexed to the said notification, the Gata No. of the land at Serial No. 7 was inadvertently mentioned as “53” instead of the correct Gata No. “56”;

Now, therefore, in the said notification, in the Schedule, against Serial No. 7, the entry “Gata No. 53” shall be read as “Gata No. 56”.

The corrected entry shall accordingly be read as under:
