The Government of Tamil Nadu Gazette Extraordinary, No. 431, published on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, announces the formation of a new Karumathampatty Registration Sub-District under the Registration Act, 1908. This notification, No.II(2)/CTR/721(a)/2025, is issued by the Commercial Taxes and Registration Department, G.O. Ms. No. 107, dated 5th August 2025. Effective August 6, 2025, the villages of Arasur, Ichipatty, Karumathampatty, Kaniyur, Mylampatty, Neelambur, Samalapuram, Karavazhimadampoor and Rasipalayam, currently part of the Sulur/Coimbatore (South) Registration Sub-District/Registration District, will be transferred to and form part of the newly created Karumathampatty/Coimbatore (South) Registration Sub-District/Registration District.
