SERVICES MAINTENANCE ACT, 1971.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-clause (VI) of clause (a) of
sub-section (1) of Section 2 of the Andhra Pradesh Essential Services Maintenance
Act, 1971 (Act No. 20 of 1971), Government hereby declares the service of “Ground
Handling at the airports” in the State of Andhra Pradesh as an Essential Service with
immediate effect.
