STATE ELECTION COMMISSION REGISTRATION OF POLITICAL PARTIES - REGISTRATION OF ‘AMARAVATI PARTY’. NOTICE No. 338/SEC-L/2024: Notice is, hereby, given to the general public that Sri Degala Saida Raju, President, intends to register a political party without reserved symbol with the Andhra Pradesh State Election Commission under the name and style of “AMARAVATI PARTY” under the Registration of Political Parties and Allotment of Symbols Order, 2001. The main office bearers of the Party are: (1) Sri Degala Saida Raju, President; (2) Smt. Degala Mounika, General Secretary; and (3) Sri Degala Raju, Treasurer. Objections, if any, for such registration from the general public, shall be sent to the Secretary, Andhra Pradesh State Election Commission, 1st Floor, New HODs Building, Opp: Indira Gandhi Municipal Stadium, M.G. Road, Vijayawada – 520 010, Andhra Pradesh, within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. If no objections are received within the time stipulated, the Commission will process to register “AMARAVATI PARTY” as a political party to contest in elections to Local Bodies (Sthanika Samsthalu) held on party basis in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
