From the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, New and Renewable Energy Development Corporation of Andhra Pradesh (NREDCAP), vide letter No.NREDCAP/WE/Ecoren – 2GW/ 2023/559, dt.04.04.2023. *** O R D E R:- In the reference 1st read above, the Government of Andhra Pradesh has issued orders allocating 2000 MW Renewable Energy power projects comprising of 1000 MW of Wind Power and 1000 MW of Solar Power Hybrid projects in Kurnool, Nandyal, Ananthapuramu & Sri Sathya Sai Districts to M/s. Ecoren Energy India Pvt. Ltd. (M/s EEIPL), Hyderabad. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, M/s. Ecoren Energy India Pvt. Ltd. have submitted their concerns and reasons for the same and requested for amendment of certain provisions of the Government Orders. 3. The request of M/s. Ecoren Energy India Pvt. Ltd. has been placed before State Investment Promotion Board (SIPB) meeting held on 11.07.2023. The SIPB has decided for amendment of certain provisions of G.O.Ms.No.04, dt.23.02.2023 of Energy (Power-II) department wherein 1000 MW Wind Power and 1000 MW Solar Power Projects are allotted in Kurnool, Nandyal, Ananthapuramu and Sri Sathya Sai Districts. Government after detailed examination of the proposal of M/s Ecoren Energy India Pvt. Ltd., and in consultation with various stakeholders i.e, Revenue Dept., EFS&T Dept. in the light of the decisions taken in the State Investment Promotion Board, make the following amendments in the G.O.Ms.No.04, Dt.23.02.2023 of Energy (Power-II) Department as detailed below: S Clause No. Existing provision Amended as follows No 1.
