In the Government order 2d read above, the Government have issued CBRO and provided Rs.300,00,00,000 (Rupees three hundred crores only) under HoA:345 1 0009000 1 t200209. 3. In the letter 4th read above, the Member Convenor, APPCC, Vijayawada has furnished DISCOM-wise demand for the months of August, 2023 payable in September,2023 and September, 2023 payable in October,2023 as per the proposals received from the APDISCOMs (other than PR&RD, MA&UD and Irrigation departments) and requested the Government to release an amount of Rs.92,04,49,8741- to APPCC/APDISCOMs towards payment of Government departmental Current Consumption charges. 4. After careful examination, Government hereby accord Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs. 44,32,18,2421- (Rupees forty four crore thirly two lakh eighteen thousand two hundred and forfy two only) to the Member Convenor, APPCC towards clearing all departmental Current Consumption Charges payable to APDISCOMs for the month of August, 2023 payable in September, 2023 in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders during CFY 2023 -24 and details are hereunder:(In Rs.)
