ORDER ln the reference 7th read above, Sri G. Giridhar Babu, Sio.Smt.G.Yadamma (Late), worked as Jamedar, Energy Department, A.P.Secretariat, has stated that his mother Smt G. Yadamma, while working as Jamedar in Energy Department, has expired on 25.12.2018. He has, therefore, requested to appoint him in suitable post in the Department on compassionate grounds. He has also submitted copies of "Family Member Certificate" dt.27.05.2019 in respect of the family issued by the Revenue Department, Tahsildar, Marredpally Mandal, Hyderabad, Telangana. "Death Certificate" in respect of his mother Smt.G.Yadamma, issued by Department of Medical and Health, Circle No.18, GHMC, Hyderabad dt.24.01.2019. Affidavit, Community and Date of Birth Certificate, and "SSC Certificate (TOSS)' issued by Telangana Open School Society, Govt., of Telangana, Hyderabad, (No.'107622, d1.06.06.2015) in respect of Sri.G.Giridhar Babu for proof of age, for appointing him under compassionate grounds. 2. Government, after careful examination of the matter under Rule a(2Xa) of A.P. Last Grade Service Rules and in relaxation of the orders issued in G.O. first read above, hereby appoint on compassionate grounds subject to verification of all original documents Sri.G.Giridhar Babu, Sio.Smt.G.Yadamma (Late), as Office Subordinate, Energy Department with immediate effect, on temporary basis in the Scale of Pay of Rs.20000-600-21800-660-23780-720-25940--780-28280-850-30830- 920-33590-990-36560-1080-39800-1 170-4331 0-126047090-1 350-51 140-1460- 55520-1580-60260-1700-61960 (41XRPS 2O22), wilh usual allowances admissible to the post of Office Subordinate from time to time, subject to the instructions issued in Memos fourth to sixth read above and following conditions on verification of his antecedents:i. That his services are liable to be terminated at any time without assigning any reason without giving any notice what-so-ever; ii. He should produce original educational qualification and caste certificates showing the date of birth at the time of joining duty for verification and in case of any discrepancy he shall not be admitted to duty; iii. Health and age certificate issued by a Medical Officer not below the rank of Assistant Civil Surgeon; iv. He should submit antecedent form with attestation made by a Gazetted Officer. 3. The individual should report for duty before the Assistant Secretary to Government, Energy Department, A.P. Secretariat, Velagapudi, within (30) days from the date of issue of these Orders. This has also got the approval from the authority competent. Further this order shall not be quoted as a precedent case in future. 4.
