Act No.11 of 2016) and also the provisions contained in G.O.Ms.No.35, Energy (Power-Ill) Department, Dated 01.08.2014, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints the following as Members to the Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission for a term of five years w.e.f. the date they enters upon their office OR till they attain the age of seventy years whichever is earlier: 1.
