Secretariat, 18th June, 2021.] NOTIFICATION-I Under Clause (1) of Article 184 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints Sri Vitapu Balasubrahmanyam, a Member of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council as Chairman Pro-tem to perform the duties of the Chairman of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council w.e.f. 19th June, 2021 until a Member of the said Legislative Council is chosen to be the Chairman under Article 182 of the Constitution of India. NOTIFICATION-II In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 188 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints Sri Vitapu Balasubrahmanyam, who has been appointed as Chairman Pro-tem to perform the duties of the Chairman, Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council under Article 184 (1) of the Constitution of India, to be the person before whom the Members of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council shall make and subscribe an Oath or Affirmation.
