2. From the Managing Director, A.P.FiberNet, Vijayawada, letter --x-- No.APSFL/BBNL/73/2016, dated:2-11-2021.
ORDER:
In the G.O.1st read above, orders were issued authorising the Managing Director, A.P.State FiberNet Ltd., Vijayawada, to issue LoA to the eligible following bidders for appointment of Project Implementation Agency(PIA) for BharatNet Phase II works to establish optical networks infrastructure in the State of Andhra Pradesh(3 packages):-
01. M/s Telecommunications Consultants India Limited
02. M/s Larsen &Toubro
03. M/s Tera Software Limited
2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh State FiberNet Ltd., Vijayawada has stated that due to non- compliance of agreement conditions, the contract awarded to M/s.Tera Software Limited was terminated and it is proposed for re-allotment of passive works under BharatNet Phase II Package “C” Districts in Andhra Pradesh to M/s Telecommunications Consultants India Limited at the same price, terms and conditions for Package "A" works under BharatNet Phase II Projects.
3. Government after careful examination of the entire matter hereby accord permission for re-allotment of passive works under BharatNet Phase II Package “C” Districts in Andhra Pradesh to M/s.Telecommunications Consultants India Limited at the same price, terms and conditions as for Package “A” works under BharatNet Phase II Projects.File No.ENE01-APFN/1/2021-MLO-ENE-Part(2) 54 GO MS/6/2022/ENE01-Energy
4. The Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh State FiberNet Ltd., shall take necessary action accordingly.
