Secretaraiat 13th June, 2019.] NOTIFICATION - I Under Article 178 of the Constitution of India, the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly has chosen on the 13th June, 2019 Sri Thammineni Seetharam a Member of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly to be the Speaker of the said Assembly. NOTIFICATION-II In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 188 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints Sri Thammineni Seetharam who has been chosen to be the Speaker of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly under Article 178 of the Constitution to be the person before whom the Members of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly shall make and subscribe an Oath or Affirmation.
