Secretariat 18th June, 2019.] NOTIFICATION - I Under Article 178 of the Constitution of India, the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly has chosen on the 18th June, 2019 Sri Kona Raghupathi a Member of the Legislative Assembly, to be the Deputy Speaker of the said Assembly. NOTIFICATION - II In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 188 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints Sri Kona Raghupathi, as Deputy Speaker of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly to be the person before whom a Member of the said Legislative Assembly may make and subscribe an Oath or Affirmation in the temporary absence of the Speaker for any reason.
