Amendment Act 1968 [Act No.18 of 1968] the Governor of Andhra Pradesh here by directs that, the fee for services utilizing to vessels at Kakinada Anchorage Port area shall be levied at the rates as specified in the Appendix below and that the said rate shall become payable after one month from the date of publication of this Notification in the A.P.Gazette and in District Gazette of East Godavari.
