enquiry before the Inquiring authority under Sub-Rule (5) (c) of Rule 20 of

ORDER:
In the reference 2nd read above, the Director General, Anti-Corruption
Bureau has informed that Sri B. Vijaya Kumar, Inspector of Police, ACB,
Visakhapatnam Range has been nominated for appointment as Presenting
Officer to present the departmental enquiry before the Inquiring Authorityagainst both the Accused Officers i.e., Accused Officer-1Sri Buddha Prasad,
Assistant Project Engineer, O/o. Assistant Engineer, Operations and Accused
Officer-2 Sri Seepana Ramesh, Line Inspector, Anakapalle Rural Electric
Cooperative Society Ltd., Kasimkota, APEPDCL, Aganampudi Technical Section
and Division, Visakhapatnam district, respectively and requested to furnish a
copy of orders appointing Presenting Officer, for taking necessary action in the
matter.
2. In the circumstance stated by the Director General, Anti-Corruption
Bureau, after careful examination of the matter and in exercise of the powers
conferred under Sub-Rule (5) (c) of Rule 20 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services
(Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 1991, Government hereby appoint Sri B.
Vijaya Kumar, Inspector of Police, ACB, Visakhapatnam Range as Presenting
Officer to present the departmental enquiry before the inquiring authority for
initiation of departmental action against both the Accused Officers i.e., Accused
Officer-1Sri Buddha Prasad, Assistant Project Engineer, O/o. Assistant Engineer,
Operations and Accused Officer-2 Sri Seepana Ramesh, Line Inspector,
Anakapalle Rural Electric Cooperative Society Ltd., Kasimkota, APEPDCL,
Aganampudi Technical Section and Division, Visakhapatnam district,
respectively.
3. The Director General, Anti-Corruption Bureau, Andhra Pradesh is requested
to take further necessary action in the matter.
