And whereas, it is considered that an Inquiring Authority should be appointed to conduct regular enquiry into the charges framed against the Accused Officer. 3. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 20 of the said rules, the disciplinary authority hereby appoints Sri J. Satyanarayana, IPS, (Retd), Member, Commissionerate of Inquiries, General Administration Department, as Inquiring Authority to conduct regular enquiry into the charges framed against the Accused Officer Sri Kandra Vijaya Kumara Reddy, s/o.
